Operating System Not Easy to Prevent Damage

The first post I share this with you because a lot of problems that occur on either a PC Computer, Laptop, or Notebook. And most often damaged is our system, including applications that support.
I think it's better to prevent than to cure, because if an application or program has begun to be damaged or even have spread in the system it will be difficult to overcome even require no small cost. Please also note that our system is often damaged, it can lead to hardware we also were damaged. 1. Use a valid application. It would be very risky if we use an application or pirated software. Better to use software that is completely free if we have not been able to buy a paid software.

3. Use the software to suit our needs. Do not install software too much because it can make our computer slow. An example: many people who put more than one media player like WMP, Winamp, JetAudio, Real Player and many more. It's redundant, Use 2 media player that is enough, if you want a media player you can read all audi or video files, attach it codecnya only been able to meet our needs.
4. Update your Anti Virus always. This is to avoid the outbreak of new viruses.
5. Do not be too long in using the computer, do not exceed 6 hours. That is when we are old dam work try to restart the computer using a computer within the next 6 hours.
6. Limit the use of the harddrive. Do not meet the hard drive, backup your data on CD, DVD or the other.
