Lots of ways to prevent the loss of data the most common of them is backup, backup itself tebagi are two: the on line and off line .
Using backup on line, it should have an internet connection, there are numerous online backup service that gives good free and paid. And for backups off line we can use the hard disk, CD/DVD, removable disk ( flash disk/usb hard disk ) .
To use an online backup service, we should not even be spending a bit . Using a flash drive! all know flash disks are very susceptible to damage. If using a CD / DVD susceptible to scratches. Using a USB hard disk ! the price is quite expensive . Want to be put on the internal hard disk ! can make the hard disk is full, because there are two files automatically together on the same hard disk.
So what?
Backups are important, but more importantly we keep our files/documents directly. Use the recommended Anti-virus .
And most importantly do not ever put/save file documents in a same partition with operating system. Due to system and software are the most susceptible to damage. A strong and will be better if we put these files in a different hard disk.
Normally the default setting of his windows, if we keep a good document that we create new or novel we download, they will be automatically stored in a folder of documents. But if our documents folder settings navigate to the drive/partition other then automatically turn the document/file will be stored securely outside the drive/partition system. example: In Windows XP, right click on the documents folder and select properties, the default folder is located at C:\documents and settings\user\my documents. Briefly revamped D:\My Documnets.
By using this method, I believe file or document more secure good old or new document though.
What if the notebook or laptop and there is only one partition anyway?
Use the divider partition but for the moment these files should be in the backup.
Just so this post may be beneficial.
There's no better expression of thanks for visiting our blog.
