Sometimes in running certain applications, our computer does not respond well. This may be the driver in question in a state less good
, perhaps even broken. If this indeed happens, then you must reinstall the driver, how can you follow the steps below:

  1. Open "Control Panel"
  2. Open "Administrative Tools"
  3. Open "Computer Management"
  4. Click "Device Manager"
  5. Select Device would you update, and right click, select "Update Driver"
  6. You enter the windows update. Indicate where you store your new driver.
Check that your new device updates, if an error occurs, return number 4.
  • Select the device that you update earlier, right click, select "Properties"
  • Select "Driver" on menu
  • click "Roll Back driver"
notes: maybe the system will require a restart, you have to do it.
